Please help with GC15CK keyboard 4 Months, 3 Weeks ago Karma: 0
Hi,

I recently purchased a gyration GC15CK keyboard. Whenever I turn it on it constantly registers the escape key. The key does not appear to be stuck, but the constant registering of the key doesn't allow me to do much with the keyboard. Can anyone give me any advice as to how I might fix this?

Hi,

We are sorry to tell you that the keyboard has an internal failure and although the key doesn’t appear to be stuck, it is.
You can return your product to your reseller to receive a new keyboard, or you can contact Gyration Technical support at 888-340-0033 or email gsupport@movea.com to return your product.
